Kay goes to the gynecologist and is told to strip naked, then is strapped to the gyno chair with cold hard steel of the cuffs as well as straps keeping her firmly in place. The doctor proceeds to check her response to sensations through a series of tickle treatments, using a variety of tools to ensure she has a proper response.
